Hermann-Josef Duckheim started working for mercator inkasso as Managing Director on 1.10.1998. Previously, he had been employed in the legal department at Karstadt AG in Essen from 1977 to 1979. He then headed the legal department at Renault Bank GmbH in Cologne until 1998. His area of responsibilities at EOS mercator inkasso GmbH primarily involves the finance, human resources and legal departments. |
Ulrich Heinecke |
Ulrich Heinecke started working for mercator inkasso in case administration in 1983 after training as a police officer and in public administration. After obtaining a debt collection licence in 1994, he worked as sole executive with power of attorney (‘Prokurist’) before being appointed to the Management Board in 2003. In addition to his post at EOS mercator inkasso, Heinecke is Managing Director of EOS Immobilienworkout. He is responsible for the areas of sales/marketing, technology and settlement. |
Rainer Gerick |
Managing Director
Since 1 March 2007 Rainer Gerick has been chairman of EOS DID’s Board of Directors. He also sits on the Board of Directors at all of the EOS Group’s German debt collection companies. After completing his military service, Gerick began his career in 1974 at Allbank AG where he was responsible for risk management and headed a number of branch and divisional legal departments. In March 1991 Gerick joined the EOS Group as divisional director at Deutscher Inkasso Dienst. He has been a member of the Board of Directors at Deutscher Inkasso Dienst since 2000. |
