On the letter to you, there is usually an individual telephone number for you as a contact. If you call this number you will promptly be connected with the competent case manager. Please keep our reference number, i.e. the (debt collection) case number, to hand so that we can give you information quickly. The case number is in the top right-hand corner of the letter.

What do EOS mercator’s costs consist of? |

When you hire EOS mercator, the costs incurred comprise a debt collection fee, an account management fee and possibly a settlement fee. These costs are paid by the debtor. Further expenses that EOS mercator was obliged to incur, e.g. to pay third parties, are also charged. Such expenses can involve legal costs, bailiff’s fees or address search costs.
